Please bear in mind that by registering for this FREE community event, we will reserve catering for you (lunch, coffee, snacks) as well as an event t-shirt. We want to avoid unnecessary waste. If you know you are unable to join, please cancel your attendance on the ‘My tickets’ section on run.events.

Privacy Notice for Event Registration 🕵️

Here’s how we’ll handle your personal information:

• Name Tags: Your name and organization will be used on name tags to facilitate networking.
• E-mails: We’ll use your e-mail to send a calendar placeholder for the event within a week from registration, send reminders about the event, share the event materials afterwards, and notify you of CollabDays South Africa 2024.
• Sponsor Communication: If you opt-in for sponsor communication, we’ll share your contact details with our sponsors. This is for potential follow-up and to acknowledge their support, without which the event would not be possible.
• Third Parties: We will not share your information with any third parties except the company that prints the conference passes.
• Photography and Videography Notice: Please note that the event will be photographed and video recordings will take place. By registering, you agree to being photographed and filmed, and you consent to the use of such materials.
